The manager got mad because I told him that my room was paid for and he said no its not we just keep your card on file to reserve your room I then told him no my room is paid for then he looked at the system and say oh we need to fix this so the your lady was finishing checking me in and I said oh no its my last time coming here and he said well Ill make it better for you Im going to cancel your room so have a good day

Complaint about property manager

I need to speak with someone immediately!this the most ridiculous hotel I have ever stayed in in my life the hotel room flooded out and wet up all my clothes and they tried to cover it up by just sitting my clothes in the corner and all of my clothes are wet in my luggage I had to throw my luggage away got to get new luggage and wash all of my clothes over for a running or ran over toilet the sink in the in the kitchen is leaking the TV is broken and I was told them this several times no one's never at the front desk you can't get nothing done around here this is ridiculous

DO NOT BOTHER STAYING AT WOODSPRING SUITES BY SOUTH PARK MALL! PRICE YOU PAY INCLUDES ROACHES, DIRTY ROOM,DIRTY TOWELS FROM PRIOR GUEST THAT SMELL LIKE WET & U CAN SEE THE DIRT OF PRIOR GUEST ON TOWEL AND SHEETS. RACHEL MANAGER NEVER AT FRONT DESK NOR ANY 1 AT FRONT DESK FOR LONG HOURS.. CLEANERS SUCK

User's recommendation: FIND A DIFFERENT HOTEL.
